We do advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. This also gives us more time to reserve the best vehicle for your journey.
You should receive full confirmation of your booking within 24 hours (12 hours for urgent bookings). If after 72 hours you have received no acknowledgment, please call us to check whether or not we have received your booking request.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?The easiest way to meet your driver is with the Meet and Greet service. Passengers that choose the 'Meet and Greet' service can expect their driver to be standing at the airport information desk holding a name-board as they enter their arrivals hall. This service costs £6 and pays for the driver waiting time and carpark costs respectively.
Alternatively, you can give us a call when you are ready to leave. Once we have received your call, your driver (who shall be on standby outside the terminal) will reach you in approximately 15 minutes. Please note, this option is only available to passengers that have provided us with a mobile no that functions in the UK on the day of arrival.
Our standard procedure involves monitoring all Heathrow flight times so regardless of a late or early arrival, your driver will be there.
Your driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands. From the moment your driver enters the terminal, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes.
This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and european flights).
If you have any doubts, you can always request a later pickup time.
If you do not arrive on time your driver will make enquiries at the airport before referring back to our office where further enquiries will be made. Only then will the driver be authorised to leave the airport.
How do I pay for my journey?
1. Cash to the driver.
2. Credit Card / Debit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro in advance.
3. Cheques accepted with valid cheque guarantee cards.

No. Neither the minimum charge or your fare includes a tip. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.
I need a receipt for my journey, when do I get a receipt?If you pre-pay using a credit card we can send you a receipt via email. The email will detail in full the booking and transaction amount. Passenger/s will also receive a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed.
Do you have account facilities?Account facilities can be arranged subject to status.
